Drawer

The touch counterpart of Dialog — bottom-anchored, drag-dismissible, with rounded top corners and a grab handle.

Swap to a Drawer below the md breakpoint rather than shrinking a Dialog.
Choose Dialog or Drawer per breakpoint, once for the product — not per screen.
Drag-to-dismiss means it is not for anything the user must answer; that is an AlertDialog.
