The cancel button is ghost, never outline.
The trigger is variant="outline" — the Reckon convention for anything that opens an overlay.
A dialog carries its own commit model: an instant screen may open a staged dialog, never the reverse.
Below roughly 640px a dialog becomes a full-height sheet rather than shrinking.
