Combobox

A searchable Select — the trigger shows the current value, and the popup opens onto a filter input.

Over roughly ten options, Combobox instead of Select so the user can type.
The value must exist in the list. For free text with suggestions, use Autocomplete.
Give emptyMessage a sentence, not a dash.
