Progress

A task moving toward completion. For a static measurement — storage used, quota — use Meter.

Determinate only. When there is no percentage to show, use Spinner.
The label names the task in progress, not the object — “Importing events”, not “Events”.
At 100% the label states the finished condition and the bar stays until the surface changes.
