Toggle

A single on/off button for formatting-style controls — bold, mute, pin. Settings belong to Switch.

Transparent until hovered in default; outline matches the outline Button so it can sit beside one.
Pressed state is --input at 64% — never a filled accent colour.
A toggle that changes a stored setting is the wrong control; use Switch (instant) or Checkbox (staged).
